Douglas brings a unique blend of skills to his profession. With a background in staging and decorating, he specializes in "design to sell," transforming spaces to appeal to potential buyers.

 

His experience extends to his time with the Walt Disney Company, where he honed his design and staging skills over a 20-year tenure. His work with Disney took him around the globe, staging various events and spaces, and his talent in floral decor and arrangements has earned him first place awards in two floral competitions.

Douglas has been a full-time resident of O`ahu for 15 years, bringing with him the strong values, ethics, morals, and standards he learned from his time at Disney. His design, construction, and staging experience spans over 40 years, resulting in a long list of satisfied clients. He is adept at understanding his clients' needs, exploring options to meet their objectives and requirements.

As a homeowner, tenant, and landlord, Douglas possesses a unique perspective that allows him to make decisions with the best interest of his clients in mind. His move to Hawaii was inspired by his admiration for the Aloha Spirit, the local culture, and the Mana of the Aina (or, the Spirit of the Land).
